Community Redevelopment Agency Minutes <br />March 23, 2020 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />The Board was polled: <br />Ms. Glancy <br />Yes <br />Mr. Hufford <br />Yes <br />Mr. Aramendia <br />Yes <br />Mr. Meadows <br />Yes <br />Mr. Busch <br />Yes <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Approval of Annual Report. <br />Mr. Randy Newlon, City Manager, stated that a draft version of the CRA Annual Report was presented to <br />the Board for their review at the February 24, 2020 CRA meeting. He explained at that time the financial data in the <br />report contained unaudited numbers. Mr. Newlon stated that the report has been updated with the audited financial <br />data and he requested the Board release the final CRA Annual Report. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion for the annual report. Mr. Busch made a motion to approve the 2019 CRA <br />Annual Report as presented. Mr. Hufford seconded the motion. <br />The Board was polled: <br />Ms. Glancy <br />Yes <br />Mr. Hufford <br />Yes <br />Mr. Aramendia <br />Yes <br />Mr. Meadows <br />Yes <br />Mr. Busch <br />Yes <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Fifth Item of Business: Other Business. <br />Mr. Randy Newlon, City Manager, stated that the CRA purchased and approved demolition for the home <br />located at 110 Quail Pond Circle. Mr. Newlon explained while demolishing the home, the contractor found a second <br />septic tank. He said the contractor has requested additional compensation for the abandonment of the second septic <br />tank for $2,950. Mr. Newlon said that staff requests the CRA authorize the additional work. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion for the additional funding of $2,950 for the removal of the septic tank. Mr. <br />Hufford made a motion to authorize the additional funding to remove the second septic tank. Mr. Busch seconded <br />the motion. <br />The Board was polled: <br />
