CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, November 18, <br />2019, at 4:00 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Charlene Glancy, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice -Chairman <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Bill Hufford <br />Mark Busch <br />City Attorney <br />Katie Reischmann <br />Staff members present: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Carol Conroy, Finance Director <br />Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager <br />Dean Fathelbab, Economic Development Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />rst Item of Business: Call to Order. <br />Ms. Glancy called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes of October 28, 2019. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on October 28, <br />2019. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the October 28, 2019 minutes as presented. Mr. Hufford seconded <br />the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Strategic Visioning Workshop. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Development Services Manager, reviewed staff's memo dated November 18, 2019 and a <br />PowerPoint presentation. She said today's meeting is to discuss strategies for the remaining Community <br />Redevelopment Agency's term. Ms. Hanna explained that the Community Redevelopment Plan was updated in 2016 <br />and the plan identified the following key projects: <br />1. Land acquisition — expansion of Lake Concord Park <br />2. Land acquisition — key commercial properties <br />3. Parking structure at Lake Concord Park <br />
