subsequent hearing date of October 15, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate <br />asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case, no one was present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002651, located at 36 Bayberry Branch, was in <br />violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and <br />evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure <br />the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 15, 2020. If there is no compliance by October 15, 2020, then <br />a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. <br />A subsequent hearing will be held on October 15, 2020 to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE IN COMPLIANCE- NO FINES TO BE IMPOSED <br />CE -19-002503 139 Carriage Hill Dr. <br />• Accessory structures which are structurally deficient, City Code 3-10.A.6 <br />• Swimming pool standards, City Code 3-10.3.C.7 <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-002503, located at 139 Carriage Hill Dr., was in <br />compliance by the date set by the Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was in compliance. <br />Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 139 Carriage Hill Dr. was <br />in compliance and no fines should be imposed. <br />CE -20-000243 161 S. Triplet Lake Dr. <br />• Fence in disrepair; City Code 3-10.3.b.1 <br />Fence appearance; City Code 2-7.10.c.8 <br />Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-000243, located at 161 S.
