requested a subsequent hearing date of November 19, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case, no one was present. The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-002041, located at 251 S. Embrey Dr., was in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. November 14, 2020. If there is no compliance by November 14, 2020, then a fine of $75.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on November 19, 2020 to determine if compliance has been achieved. SUBSEQUENT CASE IN COMPLIANCE- NO FINES TO BE IMPOSED CE -19-002651 36 Bayberry Branch Right of way utilization permit, City Code 68-141 Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-002651, located at 36 Bayberry Branch was in compliance by the date set by the Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had an affidavit of compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was in compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 36 Bayberry Branch was in compliance and no fines should be imposed.
