Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases list above were being withdrawn from the hearing and <br />would not be heard. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST NO FINE IMPOSED <br />CE -19-001657 385 Piney Ridge Rd. <br />CE -19-002133 920 N Triplet Lake Dr. <br />CE -19-002169 206 Hoffman Ct. <br />CE -19-002102 1523 Canterbury Cir <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above were in compliance prior to the hearing <br />and no fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE- REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />CE -19-001866 1040 Camelia Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-001866, located at 1040 Camelia Dr., was not in <br />compliance and requested imposition of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 1040 Camelia <br />Dr. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in the amount <br />of $100 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />CE -19-001867 1041 Wingo Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-001867, located at 1041 Wingo Dr., was not in <br />compliance and requested imposition of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance.
