The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-001953 located at 181 S Triplet Lake Dr., was in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation but has since come into compliance, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. A standing order was issued and will be in effect for five years from the date the order was signed. SUBSEQUENT CASE NOT IN COMPLIANCE- REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE CE -20-000122 230 Mockingbird Ln • Temporary structures, permit required, City Code 2-7.9.a.7.a.2 Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-000122, located at 230 Mockingbird Ln., was not in compliance and requested imposition of the $50 per day fine. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 230 Mockingbird Ln. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $50 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. OTHER BUSINESS REQUEST TO AMEND FINDING OF FACT CE -19-002503 139 Carriage Hill Dr. • Accessory structures which are structurally deficient, City Code 3-10.A.6 • Swimming pool standards, City Code 3-10.3.C.7 Supervisor Campbell advised in case CE -19-002503, 139 Carriage Hill Dr. a finding of fact was entered at the July 16, 2020 hearing. The amount that was written on the finding of fact was incorrect, $100 per day was written instead of $150 per day. The City requested an amended finding of fact to reflect the correct fine amount of $150 per day. The Special Magistrate approved and signed the amended order.
