Officer Alcuri, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of <br />08/22/2019. If no compliance by 08/22/2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of 09/12/2019, to determine compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special <br />Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-001150, located at 1149 Exceller Ct. #103, was in violation of City Code Section <br />1-4.3.a, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent <br />shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. August 22, 2019. If there is no compliance by August 22, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 <br />per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on <br />September 12, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -19-001282 1523 Canterbury Cir. <br />• Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3-10.3.C.7 <br />Officer Eastwood, provided testimony and read case information into record.
