Officer Alcuri, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of 08/22/2019. If no compliance by 08/22/2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of 09/12/2019, to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-001150, located at 1149 Exceller Ct. #103, was in violation of City Code Section 1-4.3.a, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. August 22, 2019. If there is no compliance by August 22, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on September 12, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved.
