Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />D. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />No report. <br />E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />Mayor Henson reported that the meeting had been hosted by Seminole County at the Boombah Sports <br />Complex in Sanford on Tuesday, October 20"' and both he and City Manager Newlon had attended. He <br />and Mr. Newlon shared information from the meeting regarding how the complex is now rebounding after <br />having been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. Ordinance 20-1543 — Annual Update of the City of Casselberry Capital <br />Improvement Program (LPA 20-12) <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 20-1543 by title, as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ADOPT THE FIVE- <br />YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2021-2025 AS PART OF THE CITY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANDATES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER <br />163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Planner II Christina Hyson stated that Ordinance 20-1543 incorporates the updated <br />Five -Year Capital Improvement Program (2021-2025) in the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) of the <br />Comprehensive Plan, as required pursuant to Chapter 163.3177(3)(b), Florida Statutes. <br />
