CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 26, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />through November 1st. The two closest early voting sites for City residents are the Seminole <br />County Library at 215 N Oxford Road, and the former Party City location in Altamonte Springs <br />at 1140 E Altamonte Drive, Suite 1003. <br />Fingerprinting services have resumed at the Police Department and information will be <br />available on the City's website and Police Department social media. <br />The City's Police Department recently participated in the DEA's National Takeback Program <br />for disposal of unused, unwanted or expired prescription medications on Saturday, October <br />24". Further noted the Police Department offers this service on an ongoing basis but was <br />participating in this community -wide event with other departments on Saturday, October 24"'. <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />No report. <br />Vice Mayor Bill Hufford — Seat No. 4: <br />Thanked the Public Works Department for their efforts relating to mobility and multi -modal <br />transportation within the City, noting that he felt the Mayor's Proclamation for Mobility Week <br />was very appropriate for the City due to staff's commitment to this concept. Ms. Gardner added <br />that the City was handling Mobility Week a little differently this year due to the COVID-19 <br />pandemic, and would be encouraging residents to do their own mobility walks and share <br />pictures on the City's social media platforms, as the City obviously could not promote mass <br />gatherings at this time. She stated staff was hopeful that residents would embrace the virtual <br />concept and share their thoughts with the City on social media. <br />Advised that the Rotary Club of Casselberry was celebrating its 45"' year and wanted to donate <br />45 trees to the City to honor the occasion. He stated someone from the organization would be <br />contacting the City for direction on how to accomplish this donation. <br />Mayor Henson — Seat No. 5: <br />• Advised he recently had an opportunity to kayak all five (5) lakes in the City's chain of lakes <br />and had really enjoyed it. <br />
