OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 20.11: Aviation Institute Parking Lot — Minor Site Plan 2nd Review. A minor site plan proposal to redevelop the existing site at 2995 S. U.S. Highway 17-92 into an ancillary parking lot use for the Aviation Institute adjacent to the north. b. ZB 20.04: 198 SR 436 — Planned Unit Development Concept Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed concept plan for a request to rezone the property located at 198 SR 436 to a Planned Unit Development zoning district. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. None Donna G.
