OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on October 14, 2020. 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. CU 20.08: 2COP at 1555 SR 436 Unit #1321. A conditional use request to allow the sale of beer and wine (2COP) for onsite consumption at Pizza Ave. 6. CU 20.09: 2COP at 1401 SR 436. A conditional use request to allow the sale of beer and wine (2COP) for onsite consumption at Pollo Tropical. 7. CU 20.10: Drive Through Establishment at 198 SR 436. A conditional use request for a drive through establishment at 198 SR 436. 8. CU 20.11: Trades and Skilled Services at 181 Anchor Road. A conditional use request for a trades and skilled services without outside storage use in the CS (Commercial Service) zoning district within the Community Redevelopment District. 9. SP 19-03: Keystone Corner — Final Plat. A request to replat and combine three (3) properties along Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road into one (1) parcel to accommodate the approved site plan for a commercial and retail plaza. 10. SPR 19-14: Belle Avenue Industrial Park. A development of community impact site plan request to construct three (3) industrial warehouse buildings at 1050 Belle Avenue. 11. Public Comments. 12.
