Resolution 20-3191 — Sale of Surplus Property at 1037 Bluebell Drive to AAA <br />Homes, LLC <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY <br />DESIGNATED AS "SURPLUS" TO AAA HOMES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3191 provides for the sale of City -owned surplus property at 1027 Bluebell <br />Drive, Casselberry, FL, Parcel ID #09-21-30-513-OB00-0020, to AAA Homes, LLC for the amount of <br />$35,000. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the current budget. Should the sale close it will occur in FY21 and <br />will serve to add additional revenue to the General Fund. A future budget amendment will be brought to <br />conform the budget plan to include the unforeseen revenue. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 20-3191 for the sale of 1037 <br />Bluebell Drive to AAA Homes, LLC for the amount of $35,000. <br />C. Resolution 20-3192 — Sale of Surplus Propertv at 1104 Timberlane Trail to AAA <br />Homes, LLC <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY <br />DESIGNATED AS "SURPLUS" TO AAA HOMES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3192 provides for the sale of City -owned surplus property at 1104 <br />Timberlane Trail, Casselberry, FL, Parcel ID #04-21-30-506-OB00-0190, to AAA Homes, LLC for the <br />amount of $30,000. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the current budget.
