A. First Reading of Ordinance 20-1543 - Annual Update of the City of Casselberry Capital <br />Improvement Program (LPA 20-12) <br />Approval of Ordinance 20-1543 to incorporate the updated Five Year Capital Improvement Program (2021-2025) into <br />the Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 20-1544 - Amending Chapter 86, Article III, Division 2 Section <br />86-192 - Adjustments of Water and Sewer Bills of the City Code of Ordinances <br />Approval of Ordinance 20-1544 amending Chapter 86, Article III, Division 2 Section 86-192 - Adjustments of Water <br />and Sewer Bills of the City Code of Ordinances is requested. <br />11.
