WHEREAS, the owner(s) of certain lands more particularly
<br />described herein below, have requested that the same be annexed and
<br />incorporated into the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry,
<br />Florida.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, as follows:
<br />Section 1. The lands described in Schedule A, and depicted on
<br />schedule B, location map, attached hereto, be and they are hereby
<br />annexed to and included within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Casselberry, Florida.
<br />Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry,
<br />Florida, be and they are hereby revised to include the land
<br />described in Section 1 hereof.

<br />CERTAIN COUNTY LICENSEES FOLLOWING THEIR
<br />BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION WITHIN THE LANDS
<br />TO BE ANNEXED MAY CONTINUE TO FOLLOW SUCH
<br />BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION THROUGHOUT THE
<br />ENTIRE CORPORATE LIMITS WITHOUT THE NECESSITY
<br />OF FURTHER QUALIFICATION THEREFORE; PROVIDING
<br />THAT EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1992 THE LANDS TO BE
<br />ANNEXED SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF
<br />MUNICIPAL AD VALOREM TAXES; DIRECTING THE CITY
<br />CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE
<br />ORDINANCE WITH THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE
<br />SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND
<br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS,
<br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
