OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 14, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Swearing in of New Members <br />4. Election of Officer — Vice Chairman <br />5. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on September 9, 2020. <br />6. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />7. SPR 20.06: Amenities Center Improvements at Summerloch Green. A Site Plan Modification to the existing amenities center <br />located in the Summerloch Green community at 999 Mango Drive. <br />8. LPA 20.12: 2021 Capital Improvement Program. An ordinance to adopt the 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Program into the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />9. Public Comments. <br />10. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or <br />more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. <br />If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting by calling (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133 or <br />emailing the City Clerk at cityclerk@casselberry.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not <br />quasi-judicial in nature, staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting.
