Exhibit B <br />City of Casselberry Engineering Permit and Other Related Fees <br />1. Site Development and Subdivision Construction <br />a. Inspection and Review Fee (includes two reviews) - 1.00% of the total construction <br />cost of all paving; drainage; sidewalks; curbing; and potable water, reclaimed water <br />and sanitary sewer utilities. <br />b. Minimum Fee - $500.00 (with the exception of site development that has increased <br />impervious area less than 1,000 square feet, for which the minimum fee is $50). <br />c. Additional Review Fee - 25% of the initial estimated permit fee, based upon the <br />estimated cost of work at the time of submission. <br />2. Right -of -Way Use <br />a. Inspection and Review Fee - 1.00% of the total construction cost of all underground <br />and aboveground utilities. <br />b. Minimum Fee - $200.00 <br />c. This fee is waived for utilities with a franchise agreement with the City of <br />Casselberry. <br />d. A separate fee is not charged if work is part of permitted site development or <br />subdivision construction. <br />3. Driveways (including curb cut) <br />a. Residential - $60.00 <br />b. Commercial - <br />(1) First driveway - $60.00 <br />(2) Each additional - $30.00 <br />c. After Yd time inspection, an additional fee of $30.00 per driveway will be charged for <br />each inspection. <br />d. A separate fee is not charged if work is part of permitted site development or <br />subdivision construction. <br />4. Sewer Connection/Inspection Fee <br />a. Connecting sewer from a dwelling to an existing sewer lateral. - $50.00 <br />b. Connecting sewer from a dwelling through a right-of-way into the gravity sewer main <br />or manhole with no existing lateral. - $250.00 <br />A separate fee is not charged if work is part of permitted site development or <br />subdivision construction. <br />Repair/Inspection of Previously Permitted Utilities <br />a. No pavement cut, not in right-of-way - No charge <br />b. Pavement cut - Same as fee for right-of-way use, see Section 2 above <br />c.
