RESOLUTION 20-3191 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS " SURPLUS" TO AAA <br />HOMES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, by Resolution 20-2166, provides a policy to surplus <br />and sell City -owned real property; and <br />WHEREAS, AAA Homes, LLC, has requested that the City of Casselberry consider selling <br />a piece of vacant City -owned real property located at 1037 Bluebell Drive (Parcel Id. 09-21-30-513- <br />01300-0020) for a fair value of $35,000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry declared 1037 Bluebell Drive as surplus property on <br />July 11, 2011 via Resolution 11-2279. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the <br />conveyance of the surplus real property described below for the amount of $35,000, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute any document(s) associated with the conveyance of real property to AAA <br />Homes, LLC, including the Vacant Land Contract attached as Exhibit A. <br />1037 Bluebell Drive (Parcel Id. 09-21-30-513-OB00-0020): <br />Lot 2, Block B, Lake Kathryn Park 2nd Addition - Amended Plat, according to the <br />map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page(s) 5 and 6, of the Public <br />Records of Seminole County, Florida. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
