RESOLUTION 20-3191 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS " SURPLUS" TO AAA HOMES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, by Resolution 20-2166, provides a policy to surplus and sell City -owned real property; and WHEREAS, AAA Homes, LLC, has requested that the City of Casselberry consider selling a piece of vacant City -owned real property located at 1037 Bluebell Drive (Parcel Id. 09-21-30-513- 01300-0020) for a fair value of $35,000.00; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry declared 1037 Bluebell Drive as surplus property on July 11, 2011 via Resolution 11-2279. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the conveyance of the surplus real property described below for the amount of $35,000, and authorizes the Mayor to execute any document(s) associated with the conveyance of real property to AAA Homes, LLC, including the Vacant Land Contract attached as Exhibit A. 1037 Bluebell Drive (Parcel Id. 09-21-30-513-OB00-0020): Lot 2, Block B, Lake Kathryn Park 2nd Addition - Amended Plat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page(s) 5 and 6, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
