RESOLUTION 20-3193 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE LEGACY PLACE FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the Legacy Place Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes one (1) property with parcel identification number 26-20- 30-5AR-OD00-1300. The subject property is generally located along the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road, in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat on August 12, 2020, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on September 14, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the Legacy Place Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: A PORTION OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8760, PAGE 1029, AND D.R. MITCHELL'S SURVEY OF THE LEVY GRANT ON LAKE JESSUP AS RECORDED PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 5, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTIONS 10 AND 11, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK C, OF THE PLAT OF "NORTH ORLANDO RANCHES SEC. 3", AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 33 AND 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
