Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 20-1537 - Amending Chapter 86, Utilities, <br />Article II, Sewers of the City Code of Ordinances <br />Approval to amend Chapter 86, Utilities, Article 11, Sewers of the City Code of Ordinances to update the City's <br />Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program to include new regulations regarding wastewater discharges from dental <br />facilities in accordance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection requirements is requested. <br />D. Public Hearing: Emergency Ordinance 20-1538 - Deferral of October 1, 2020 Utility Rate <br />Increase <br />Adoption of Emergency Ordinance 20-1538 to defer the utility rate increase scheduled to go into effect October 1, 2020 <br />for six (6) months until April 1, 2021 is requested. <br />12.
