OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Election of Officer —Vice Chairman 4. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on August 12, 2020. 5. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 6. LPA 20-10: Large Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. A request to amend the Future Land Use Map from Seminole County High Density Residential to City of Casselberry Medium Density Residential for two (2) parcels located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. 7. ZB 20-02: Zoning Map Amendment at 1531 Seminola Blvd. and Parcel ID: 09-21-30-5BM-0600-0310. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from CS (Commercial Service) to CG (Commercial General) for two (2) parcels generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Seminola Blvd. and Murphy Road. 8. SPR 20-01: ATM at Casselberry Marketplace. A request to install a drive-through ATM with three (3) spaces for vehicle stacking within the Casselberry Marketplace commercial plaza. 9. CU 20-05: Educational Institution at 134 Wilshire Blvd. A conditional use request to operate an educational institution, DFD Institute, at 134 Wilshire Blvd. 10. CU 20-06: Trades and Skilled Services at 1200 Seminola Blvd. A conditional use request to allow trades and skilled services without outside storage at 1200 Seminola Blvd. 11. CU 20.07: Non-traditional Use at 1015 SR 436. A conditional use request to operate a tattoo parlor classified as a non-traditional use at 1015 SR 436 #113. 12. Public Comments. 13.
