OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, <br />September 9, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Election of Officer —Vice Chairman <br />4. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on August 12, 2020. <br />5. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />6. LPA 20-10: Large Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. A request to <br />amend the Future Land Use Map from Seminole County High Density Residential to City of Casselberry Medium Density <br />Residential for two (2) parcels located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. <br />7. ZB 20-02: Zoning Map Amendment at 1531 Seminola Blvd. and Parcel ID: 09-21-30-5BM-0600-0310. A request to amend <br />the Official Zoning Map from CS (Commercial Service) to CG (Commercial General) for two (2) parcels generally located at the <br />northwest corner of the intersection of Seminola Blvd. and Murphy Road. <br />8. SPR 20-01: ATM at Casselberry Marketplace. A request to install a drive-through ATM with three (3) spaces for vehicle stacking <br />within the Casselberry Marketplace commercial plaza. <br />9. CU 20-05: Educational Institution at 134 Wilshire Blvd. A conditional use request to operate an educational institution, DFD <br />Institute, at 134 Wilshire Blvd. <br />10. CU 20-06: Trades and Skilled Services at 1200 Seminola Blvd. A conditional use request to allow trades and skilled services <br />without outside storage at 1200 Seminola Blvd. <br />11.
