RESOLUTION 20-3172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE BELLE AVENUE INDUSTRIAL PARK FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the Belle Avenue Industrial Park Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes six (6) lots with parcel identification numbers 04-21-30-524-0000-0060, 04-21-30-524-0000-0050, 04-21-30-524-0000-0040, 04-21- 30-524-0000-0030, 04-21-30-524-0000-0020, and 04-21-30-524-0000-0010. The subject properties are generally located along Belle Avenue in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat on June 10, 2020, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on July 27, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the Belle Avenue Industrial Park Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: LOTS, 1,2,3,4,5, AND 6 OF BELLE CENTRE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BELLE CENTRE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC
