RESOLUTION 20-3171 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE WEST DEVELOPMENT CENTER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the West Development Center Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes three (3) lots with parcel identification numbers 08-21-30-506-0000-004A, 08 -21 -30 -508 -0I00 -003B, and 08 -21 -30 -508 -0I00 -003A. The subject properties are generally located along South U.S. Highway 17-92 in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat on June 10, 2020, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on July 27, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the West Development Center Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: A TRACT OF LAND, BEING THE EASTERLY 150.00 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK "I", CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 37 AND A PORTION OF LOT 4, ENCHANTED MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
