CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 27, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 7 of 15 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the <br />piggyback agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $275,000 per year. <br />L. Award of Contracts for Continuing Professional General Engineering Services <br />Introduction: The award of four (4) agreements, pursuant to SOQ-2020-0585, for Continuing Professional <br />General Engineering Services on a task authorization basis not to exceed $2,000,000 total per contract for <br />the period beginning July 27, 2020 through July 26, 2025 to the following firms is requested: <br />- CPH, Inc. (CPH) <br />- GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) <br />- Reiss Engineering, Inc. (Reiss) <br />- Wright -Pierce, Inc. (Wright -Pierce) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Various operating and/or capital <br />accounts in Public Works and other City Departments/Divisions may be used for future Task Authorizations <br />under these contracts, subject to available budgets. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award <br />four separate contracts for continuing professional general engineering services on a task authorization <br />basis to: (1) CPH, Inc.; (2) GAI Consultants, Inc.; (3) Reiss Engineering, Inc., and (4) Wright -Pierce, Inc. <br />at an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 total per contract. <br />M. Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium Inc. for Professional Design Services <br />for Secret Lake Park Improvements Project <br />Introduction: Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $262,958.80 <br />provides for professional design services for PW 1907 Secret Lake Park Improvements project. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available in Parks Maintenance Account #001-0410- <br />572.63-24 to cover the cost of $262,958.80 associated with Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Task <br />Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $262,958.80. <br />N. Acceptance of the Department of Justice Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental <br />Funding Award and Related Budget Amendment #20-046 <br />Introduction: Acceptance of the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Award and approval of <br />Budget Amendment #20-046 to recognize the revenue provide for the receipt of proceeds awarded by the <br />U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the amount of $34,314. <br />
