L. Award of Contracts for Continuing Professional General Engineering Services Introduction: The award of four (4) agreements, pursuant to SOQ-2020-0585, for Continuing Professional General Engineering Services on a task authorization basis not to exceed $2,000,000 total per contract for the period beginning July 27, 2020 through July 26, 2025 to the following firms is requested: - CPH, Inc. (CPH) - GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI) - Reiss Engineering, Inc. (Reiss) - Wright -Pierce, Inc. (Wright -Pierce) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Various operating and/or capital accounts in Public Works and other City Departments/Divisions may be used for future Task Authorizations under these contracts, subject to available budgets. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award four separate contracts for continuing professional general engineering services on a task authorization basis to: (1) CPH, Inc.; (2) GAI Consultants, Inc.; (3) Reiss Engineering, Inc., and (4) Wright -Pierce, Inc. at an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 total per contract. M. Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium Inc. for Professional Design Services for Secret Lake Park Improvements Project Introduction: Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $262,958.80 provides for professional design services for PW 1907 Secret Lake Park Improvements project. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available in Parks Maintenance Account #001-0410- 572.63-24 to cover the cost of $262,958.80 associated with Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $262,958.80. N. Acceptance of the Department of Justice Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Award and Related Budget Amendment #20-046 Introduction: Acceptance of the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Award and approval of Budget Amendment #20-046 to recognize the revenue provide for the receipt of proceeds awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the amount of $34,314.
