OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707, Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 20.01: Casselberry Marketplace ATM - Minor Site Plan 2nd Review. A minor site plan proposal to construct a drive-through ATM within the existing Casselberry Marketplace plaza. b. SPR 20.04: 390 W Melody Lane Awninq and Generator - Minor Site Plan 1st Review. A minor site plan proposal to construct an awning over an existing entryway and install a concrete slab for a generator. c. SPR 20.05: Concord Townhomes Site Plan Modification - Minor Site Plan 1st Review. A minor site plan proposal to modify the approved site plan by replacing the community dumpster with solid waste pick- up at each residence. d. SPR 20.06: Summerloch Green Site Plan Modification - Major Site Plan 1st Review. A major site plan proposal to redesign the developed amenities center within the Summerloch Green mobile home park, including updating landscaping and photometrics. 5. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the requirements of Seminole County Executive Order 2020-030, social distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to and persons attending this meeting are required to wear a face covering unless exempted from wearing face coverings as stated in Section 5 of Executive Order 2020-030. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change.
