In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the requirements of Seminole County Executive Order 2020-030, social distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to and persons attending this meeting are required to wear a face covering unless exempted from wearing face coverings as stated in Section 5 of Executive Order 2020.030. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Committee members at the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent comments to the City Clerk received by phone no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be read into the record at the meeting.
