N. Acceptance of the Department of Justice Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Award and Related Budget Amendment #20-046 Acceptance of the U.S. Department of Justice Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Award in the amount of $34,314 and approval of related Budget Amendment #20-046 to recognize the revenue are requested. Application for the 2020 AAA Florida Traffic Safety Grant Program Approval to submit an application to AAA for grant funding of up to $10,000 from the 2020 AAA Florida Traffic Safety Grant Program fund for traffic safety-related equipment and/or initiatives used by the City of Casselbeny Police Department is requested. P. Employee Health Insurance Renewal for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Approval to renew City employees' health insurance coverage from United Healthcare for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 is requested. Q. Emergency Purchase of AeroClave Process Decontamination Equipment and Related Budget Amendment #20-047 Recognition of an emergency purchase for AeroClave Process Decontamination Equipment in the amount of $42,180 and approval of related Budget Amendment #20-047 are requested. R. Emergency Purchase of City Commission Chambers Sound System and Presentation Equipment from BIS Digital, Inc. and Related Budget Amendment #20-048 The emergency purchase of sound system and presentation equipment from BIS Digital, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #20-048 provide for the ability to have all boards resume meeting in in the City Commission Chambers with social distancing and necessary upgrades to communication media technology (CMT) in the amount of $67,588.42. 8. First Reading of Ordinance 20-1536 - Amending Article III, Development Agreements, of the Unified Land Development Regulations (LPA 19-12) Approval of Ordinance 20-1536 to amend Article III, Development Agreements, Article XX, Planned Unit Development, Section 2-5.4, Size and Dimension Criteria, and Section 2-7.21, Townhouses, of the Unified Land Development Regulations is requested. 11.
