RESOLUTION 20-3168 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH COURTESY TOWING, INC. FOR VEHICLE <br />STORAGE AND TOWING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to enter into an agreement with Courtesy <br />Towing, Inc. for Citywide vehicle storage and towing services on an as -needed basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of said Agreement is effective September 1, 2020 through August <br />31, 2023 with the option to renew on an annual basis when in the best interest of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission hereby approves the Agreement with Courtesy <br />Towing, Inc. for vehicle storage and towing services, attached hereto, and authorizes the Mayor <br />to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions of parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any section of portion of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, effects of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
