The rates the City charges to residents are not proposed to change at this time. Budget Impact: Sufficient funding in the amount of $17,631.24 is available in the FY 2020 Solid Waste Fund Other Contractual Services account #118-0730-534.34-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 20-3152. D. Agreement with aXisPro Events, Inc. for Stage Lights and Sound Services Introduction: The agreement with aXisPro Events, Inc. provides for stage, lights and sound production services for City events. (Ref: RFP-2020-0583) Budget Impact: Impact to the City Budget will not exceed $40,000 per contract year. Sufficient funding for the remainder of Fiscal Year 19-20 is available in Rental & Leases account #001-0411-572.44-00. Future years will be budgeted accordingly. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the Stage, Lights, and Sound Services Agreement with aXisPro Events, Inc. E. Task Authorization No. 5 with Tetra Tech Inc. for Design Services for the Northgate Phase I Water Main Replacement Project and Related Budget Amendment #20-030 Introduction: Task Authorization No. 5 with Tetra Tech, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #20-030 provide for design services related to the Northgate Phase I Water Main Replacement Project in an amount of $175,823.02. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #20-030 will provide the necessary funding to cover costs associated with Task Authorization No. 5 with Tetra Tech, Inc. by increasing the Renewal/Replacement Distribution & Collection account #402-0751-536.63-40 (Northgate Phase I Water Main Replacement Project) and decreasing the Renewal/Replacement Distribution & Collection account #402-0751-536.63-40 (Eastbrook Phase I Water Main Replacement Project) by $96,255.02. BA #20-030 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for Task Authorization #5 with Tetra Tech, Inc. for Northgate Phase I Water Main Replacement Project design in the amount of $96,255. The total cost of design is $175,823.
