Minutes of April 29, 2019 — City Commission/Parks & Recreation Advisory Board <br />Joint Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, <br />2020 Regular Meeting, the July 8, 2019 Budget Workshop and the April 29, <br />2019 City Commission/Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Joint Workshop, <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Resolution 20-3150 — Agreement for Building Official Services with M.T. Causley, <br />LLC and Related Budget Amendment #20-027 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH M. T. CAUSLEY, LLC TO <br />PROVIDE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND RELATED SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3150 and related Budget Amendment #20-027 provide for an Agreement for <br />Building Official Services with M.T. Causley, LLC for the City of Casselberry Building Safety Division. <br />(RFP-2020-057) <br />Budget Impact: Partial funding is available in the Building Safety Fund Other Contractual Services <br />Account #119-0221-524.34-00. Per Budget Amendment #20-027, an additional $160,000.00 is being <br />appropriated in the account for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2020. Thereafter, funds will be appropriated <br />through the annual budget adoption process. <br />
