BA #20-034 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to recognize the donation from Casselberry Friends of the Park, in the amount of $300, for the planting of a memorial tree at Secret Lake Park. Increase: Account Number: 115-0000-369.93-03 Account Description: Tree Bank Revenues Amount: $300 Account Number: 115-0720-541.46-15 Account Description: Repair & Maintenance/Tree Replacement Amount: $300 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment #20-034 to recognize the $300 donation to the Tree Replacement Fund from Casselberry Friends of the Park. F. Ratification of Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board Fifth Member Introduction: Ratification of Jim Goodman as the Fifth Member of the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board is requested. Budget Impact: This item has no budget impact. Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended ratification of Jim Goodman as the fifth member of the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board, term effective to December 31, 2021. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Commissioner Busch moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Hufford.
