City Attorney Legal Services — Utility Revenue Bond Series 2019 • Invoice No. 82335 $ 15,000.00 City Attorney Legal Services — November 2019 • Invoice No. 82339 $ 22,980.58 Fisher Phillips City Labor Attorney Services — October 2019 • Invoice No. 1326606 $ 84.00 Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney's invoices are available in FY 2020 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-01. Funds for the City Labor Attorney invoice are available in FY 2020 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-02. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 19-3140 — Amending Article 32 of the Police Collective Bargaining Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDNG AND RATIFYING ARTICLE 32 OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE FLORIDA STATE LODGE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 19-3140 provides for consideration to amend and ratify Article 32 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the City of Casselberry and the Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police (FOP). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget for FY20. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3140. C. Resolution 19-3141 — Quit Claim Deed for Central V Lift Station "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF THE CENTRAL V LIFT STATION, PARCEL ID #20-21-30-505-
