CASSELBERRY C R A <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 4:30 <br />p.m. in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, to consider the <br />following items. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br />3. Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report <br />4. Request for authorization to fund the Demolition, Asbestos Study, Additional Survey Work and Budget Transfer <br />for 4275 S. US Highway 17/92 <br />5. Request for a Demolition Change Order for City of Casselberry property located at 110 Quail Pond Circle <br />6. Other Business <br />7. Public Comments <br />8. Adjournment <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Dated this 22nd day of April 2020. <br />In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, for this meeting, physical access to the City <br />Commission Chambers will be limited to no more than 10 persons. Once the Commission Chambers reaches <br />capacity, the City has provided access via audio broadcasting in the City Hall Lobby. If an interested person wishes <br />to provide public comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting <br />by emailing the City Clerk at cityclerkselberry.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails <br />received before a Community Redevelopment Agency meeting, the Board Members and staff will read timely and <br />pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the records during the meeting. <br />Please be advised that one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the <br />meeting. <br />Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such <br />purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is <br />to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. <br />Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in <br />advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, ext. 1150. <br />
