CASSELBERRY C R A CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, to consider the following items. Agenda 1. Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report 4. Request for authorization to fund the Demolition, Asbestos Study, Additional Survey Work and Budget Transfer for 4275 S. US Highway 17/92 5. Request for a Demolition Change Order for City of Casselberry property located at 110 Quail Pond Circle 6. Other Business 7. Public Comments 8. Adjournment Donna G. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, for this meeting, physical access to the City Commission Chambers will be limited to no more than 10 persons. Once the Commission Chambers reaches capacity, the City has provided access via audio broadcasting in the City Hall Lobby. If an interested person wishes to provide public comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting by emailing the City Clerk at cityclerkselberry.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails received before a Community Redevelopment Agency meeting, the Board Members and staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the records during the meeting. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
