Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 20-3150 - Agreement for Building Official Services with M.T. Causley, LLC and Related Budget Amendment #20-027 Approval of Resolution 20-3150 and related Budget Amendment #20-027 providing for an Agreement for Building Official Services with M.T. Causley, LLC for the City of Casselberry Building Safety Division is requested. (RFP 2020 -057) B. Resolution 20-3151 - Conveyance and Acceptance of a Conservation Easement for Tract D, Preserve at Maitland Approval of Resolution 20-3151 for the conveyance and acceptance of a Conservation Easement, Tract D, which is associated with the new townhome development, Preserve at Maitland, is requested. C. Resolution 20-3152 - Waste Pro of Florida Residential Solid Waste Rate Adjustment Approval of a rate adjustment for Waste Pro of Florida for residential solid waste collection services based on the 2019 Consumer Price Index effective January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 is requested.
