Minutes of March 20, 2019 — City Commission/Parks & Recreation Advisory <br />Board Joint Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the January 13, <br />2020 Regular Meeting, the July 15, 2019 Special Meeting and the March 20, <br />2019 City Commission/Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Joint Workshop, <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Mayor's Proclamation & Presentation - Supporting Awareness Efforts for the 2020 <br />U.S. Census <br />Mayor Glancy read a Proclamation in support of the Seminole County Complete Count Committee and <br />their efforts for the 2020 United States (U.S.) Census. The Proclamation was presented to Mr. Tony <br />Matthews, Committee Coordinator, Mr. Phil Kaprow, Committee Chair and Mr. John Horvath, Committee <br />Vice Chair. A brief presentation was then given by Mr. Horvath and Mr. Kaprow on the Committee's <br />awareness efforts in Seminole County. The committee members expressed appreciation to the City for its <br />support of the Committee and the Census process. <br />B. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board 2018 Annual Report <br />Staff Presentation: Recreation Manager Linda Moore presented the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board <br />2019 Annual Report to the City Commission which included the following components: <br />
