ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present except for Commissioner Andrew <br />Meadows. Commissioner Meadows' Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as a part of the <br />Consent Agenda later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of November 18, 2019 — Regular Meeting <br />B. Minutes of December 9, 2019 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the November 18, <br />2019 Regular Meeting and the December 9, 2019 Regular Meeting, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mavor Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 4-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Attorney, City Labor Attorney and <br />the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Services — December 2019 <br />0 Invoice No. 82706 $ 24,786.70 <br />
