RESOLUTION 20-3145 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />PRESERVE AT MAITLAND FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, an application for the Preserve at Maitland Final Plat (Final Plat) was <br />submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes one (1) lot with parcel identification number <br />28-21-30-300-0490-0000. The subject property is generally located south of the intersection of <br />Lake Howell Lane and Lake Howell Road, in Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole <br />County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor <br />for the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />Final Plat on January 8, 2020, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the <br />City Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by <br />staff and the City's consultants on January 27, 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the Preserve at Maitland Final Plat as filed with the <br />City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: <br />A part of Section 28, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, per that <br />Special Warranty Deed, as recorded in Official Records Book 9412, Pages 59 and 60, of the <br />Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28; <br />thence South 01°21'33" East along the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of <br />said Section 28, a distance of 404.12 feet; thence North 81°28'18" East, a distance of 30.24 feet <br />to an intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of Lake Howell Road (a variable width <br />right-of-way as now established) and the Point of Beginning; thence North 01'21'33" West along <br />
