OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2020, at 9:00 <br />a.m, in Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. <br />3. Citizen Comments. <br />4. Development Review Committee Items. <br />a. None <br />5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. <br />a. SPR 19.18: TMJ Office and Warehouse Major Site Plan Review (2°d Review). This is a major site plan <br />proposing the new construction of a 11,248 square foot building with associated landscaping, parking and <br />stormwater at 960 Belle Avenue. <br />b. Pre -Application: Commercial Retail Center located at 380 SR 436. <br />Donna G. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more <br />members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may <br />participate in the discussions at the meeting. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project engineer to attend <br />the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is recommended that the <br />owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to the project engineer the afternoon <br />before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a set of project plans for mark-up purposes, <br />including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period allocated on the agenda for each project. <br />
