MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:06 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Pastor Kevin Urichko, Executive Pastor at Northland Church, gave the invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />
