First Reading of Ordinance 20-1530 - Amending the City of Casselberry Police Officers' <br />and Firefighters' Pension Plan <br />Approval of Ordinance 20-1530 to amend Chapter 62, Pensions and Retirement, Article 1, Police Officers' and <br />Firefighters' Pension Plan, Section 62-2007 and 62-2008 of the City Code of Ordinances to include language <br />regarding the Firefighter Cancer Presumption recently adopted by the Florida Legislature in Florida Statute 112.1816(1)(a) is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 20-1531 - Collection Bins (LPA 19-17) <br />Approval of Ordinance 20-1531 to amend to the City of Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations by <br />adding standards and definitions for Collection Bins is requested. (LPA 19-17) <br />C. First Reading of Ordinance 20-1532 - Amending City Code of Ordinances Chapter 52, Human Resources <br />Approval of Ordinance 20-1532 amending Chapter 52 of the City Code of Ordinances, Human Resources, to conduct <br />criminal history record checks for potential municipal employees, appointees, and/or private contractors for criminal <br />offenses nationwide is requested. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing.
