The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are SECTIONS 21 AND 28, TOWNSHIP 21S, RANGE 30E, REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE ' INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION; PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN COUNTY q rA LICENSEES FOLLOWING THEIR BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION r CrI WITHIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED MAY CONTINUE TO FOLLOW SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION THROUGHOUT THE _ ENTIRE CORPORATE LIMITS vVITHOUI' THE NECESSITY OF Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find FURTHER QUALIFICATION THEREFORE; PROVIDING THAT THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR PAYMENT OF that the lands described in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of MUNICIPAL AD VALOREM TAXES PURSUANT TO LAW; PROVIDING FOR SUBMISSION OF THE QUESTION OF ANNEXATION OF SAID LANDS INTO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND WITHIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED AT AN ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1994; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THE ORDINANCE WITH THE CLERK OF COURT AND THE SECRETARY'' OF STATE OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. a._.- C;I BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1. The lands described in Schedule A, and depicted on Schedule B, attached hereto, be and they are hereby annexed to and included within the corporate limits of the City c-? Casselberry, Florida, that said lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida A \, Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and hereby consent to the annexation. iv CERTIFIED COPY 1 CITY OF CASSELBERRY FLORI �� CITY CLERK/// ®� of Casselberry, Florida.
