EXHIBIT A <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT FOR <br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMPUTER SERVICES AND SUPPORT <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT is made and entered into this ' day of <br />2019 and is to that certain Agreement made and entered into on the 3rd day of January, 2017 between <br />Casselberry Police Department, hereinafter referred to as "PD" and the Seminole County Sheriff's Office <br />hereinafter referred to as "SCSO". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, PD and SCSO entered into the above -referenced Agreement on January 3, 2017 for <br />Criminal Justice Computer Services and Support; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement so as to enable both parties to continue to <br />enjoy the mutual benefits it provides, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements contained <br />herein, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1. Add the following paragraphs to Section 4: <br />U. Share PD CAFEWEB data with N-DEx via the FINDER data sharing system. <br />I.K. Share PD CAFEWEB data with the Law Enforcement Information Exchange <br />(LINX). <br />2. Section 7, Dispute Resolution is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows: <br />This Agreement shall be governed by and construed with the laws of the State of Florida. <br />Venue shall be Seminole County, Florida. SCSO's designee shall be SCSO's Technology <br />Services Director. PD's designee shall be the PD's Chief of Police. The designees shall resolve <br />minor disputes. <br />Notices <br />Whenever any party desires to give notice unto the other party, notice shall be sent to: <br />SCSO <br />Technology Services Director <br />Seminole County Sheriff's Office <br />100 Eslinger Way <br />Sanford, Florida 32773 <br />1 <br />
