C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1529 - Amending Article XIV, Tree Protection (LPA 19-14) Adoption of Ordinance 19-1529 to amend Article XIV, Tree Protection, Section 3-14.3, Permit required for removal to amend language to be consistent with Florida Statute, 163.045 on second reading is requested. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. City Manager Performance Evaluation Summary A summary of the City Manager's performance evaluations for Fiscal Year 2019 is provided for the City Commission's information and review. B. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Danus Utilities, Inc. for the Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Project Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with Darius Utilities, Inc. in the amount of S 1,008,520 for the Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Project is requested. (Ref: #ITB -2019-0525) C. Annual Selection of Vice Mayor Nominations and selection of a Commissioner to serve as the next Vice Mayor for 2020 is requested. 13.
