C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1529 - Amending Article XIV, Tree <br />Protection (LPA 19-14) <br />Adoption of Ordinance 19-1529 to amend Article XIV, Tree Protection, Section 3-14.3, Permit required for removal <br />to amend language to be consistent with Florida Statute, 163.045 on second reading is requested. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. City Manager Performance Evaluation Summary <br />A summary of the City Manager's performance evaluations for Fiscal Year 2019 is provided for the City <br />Commission's information and review. <br />B. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Danus Utilities, Inc. for the Seminola <br />Master Lift Station Renovation Project <br />Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with Darius Utilities, Inc. in the amount of S 1,008,520 for the <br />Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Project is requested. (Ref: #ITB -2019-0525) <br />C. Annual Selection of Vice Mayor <br />Nominations and selection of a Commissioner to serve as the next Vice Mayor for 2020 is requested. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
