Presentation: Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting The City of Casselberry has received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2018. B. Presentation: Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting The City of Casselberry has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2018. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 19-3140 - Amending Article 32 of the Police Collective Bargaining Agreement Approval of Resolution 19-3140 to amend and ratify Article 32 of the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police is requested.
