Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Labor Attorney and the Office of the <br />State Attorney is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Fisher Phillips <br />City Labor Attorney Services <br />• September 2019 Invoice No. 1315495 $ 140.00 <br />Office of the State Attorney <br />Prosecution of City Ordinances <br />• July -September 2019 Invoice No.CA093019 $ 100.00 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2019 Budget Account <br />No. 001-0140-514.31-02. Funds for the State Attorney's Office invoice are available in FY 2019 Budget <br />Account No. 001-0140-514.31-05. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 19-3136 — Interlocal Agreement for 9-1 -1 - Protocol <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR 9-1-1 <br />PROTOCOL BETWEEN SEMINOLE COUNTY, THE CITIES OF ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, <br />CASSELBERRY, LAKE MARY, LONGWOOD, OVIEDO, SANFORD AND WINTER SPRINGS, <br />THE SANFORD AIRPORT AUTHORITY, THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 19-3136 provides for an Interlocal Agreement for 9-1-1 protocol between <br />Seminole County, the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford <br />and Winter Springs, the Sanford Airport Authority, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the Seminole <br />County Public Schools. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 19-3136. <br />
