Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the meeting on Tuesday, September 17"' and an interesting <br />presentation had been given by Orlando Regional Realtor Association CEO Cliff Long about the real estate <br />market in Seminole County. She shared some statistics from the presentation and advised that since the <br />presentation had been so informative, she had asked Mr. Long to consider giving the same presentation to <br />the City Commission at an upcoming meeting to give a perspective on growth and sustainability and the <br />real estate market in Seminole County. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 19-3130 — Development Review and Engineering Permit Fees <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3130 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ADJUST FEES TO <br />REFLECT ACTUAL COSTS, AND TO BECOME COMPARABLE TO JURISDICTIONS <br />WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY, AND TO ADD ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SERVICES THAT <br />ARE PROVIDED BY STAFF THAT CURRENTLY ARE NOT DESIGNATED BY RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Emily Hanna stated that Resolution 19-3130 provides <br />for amending and updating development review and engineering permits fees, to include removing fees for <br />services no longer provided and adding fees for new services provided. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager, the Community Development Director and the Public Works <br />Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3130. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Commission regarding Resolution 19-3130 <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 19-3130, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Resolution 19-3131 — Accepting the North Winter Park Drive Small Area Study <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3131 by title, as follows: <br />
