Resolution 19-3129 — Park Place at Lake Kathrynplat (SP 17-05) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PARK AT LAKE KATHRYN REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 19-3129 provides for approval of the replat of eleven (11) parcels, generally <br />located east of Button Road, along Seminola Boulevard, into two (2) lots in order to satisfy a condition of <br />approval for the Fountains at Lake Kathryn Assisted Living Facility Conceptual Plan (SPR 13-07). <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />
