First Reading of Ordinance 19-1528 - Annual Update of the City of Casselberry Capital Improvement Program (LPA 19-16) Approval of the Five Year Capital Improvement Program (2020-2024) into the Capital Improvements Element of the Comprehensive Plan on first reading is requested. C. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1529 - Amending Article XIV, Tree Protection (LPA 19-14) Approval to amend Article XIV, Tree Protection, Section 3-14.3, Permit required for removal to amend language to be consistent with Florida Statute, 163.045 on first reading is requested. 11.
