The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 11, <br />2019, as listed below: <br />1. Prior to final approval by the City Commission, the applicant shall make the <br />necessary changes to the Final Plat based on the remaining comments. The applicant <br />will resubmit the Final Plat and any necessary documentation to allow the City of <br />Casselberry to review and ensure that all necessary changes and requirements have <br />been met. <br />2. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, <br />and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the Final Plat. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts.
