B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 19-1523 — Amending the Official Zoning Designation for Property Located at 1085 Belle Avenue (ZB 19-06) Adoption of Ordinance 19-1523 amending the Official Zoning designation from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for the approximately 3.48 acre parcel located at 1085 Belle Avenue is requested. 12. Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with McMahan Construction Company, Inc. for the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #20-008 Approval to award the bid and execute an agreement with McMahan Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,528,130 and approval of related Budget Amendment #20-008 for the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements Project are requested. (Ref: #ITB -2019-0534) B. Approval of Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Adopt -a -Tree Program Applications Approval of the 12 applications recommended through the Casselberry Tree Advisory Committee (CTAC) to receive funding for the planting of new trees under the Adopt -a -Tree Program for Fiscal Year 2019 is requested. 13.
