SECTION II. ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE SCHEDULE. Engineering permit fees <br />and other associated fees are hereby established in accordance with the fee schedule attached as <br />Exhibit B, as authorized by Chapter 68-47 of the City's Code of Ordinances. <br />SECTION III. WAIVER OF FEES. A waiver of the application fee may be approved <br />by the City Commission for public, semi-public and not-for-profit entities performing <br />administrative services as defined in Section 5-21.2 of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations. Those entities must submit a fee waiver application, including a demonstration of <br />need for the fee waiver, to the Community Development Department, which shall forward it with <br />a recommendation for action to the City Commission. Fees can only be waived by the City <br />Commission. For applications where the City of Casselberry is the property owner and the <br />applicant, the fees shall be automatically waived. <br />SECTION IV. CONTINUANCE IN FORCE. The fee schedules established by this <br />resolution shall remain in full force and effective, as amended from time to time by resolution. <br />SECTION V. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution, including Resolutions 05-1621 and Resolution 06-1642 <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION VI. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or <br />impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION VII. EFFECTIVE DATE.
